The organisations that invest in their people’s development consistently outperform those that don’t. That’s not a coaching industry talking point. It’s a business reality you already know.
But not all coaching delivers. Generic programmes, misaligned objectives and poor coach-client fit are how development budgets get wasted. What works is coaching that’s properly scoped, commercially grounded and built around what your people actually need. Not what fits a standard framework.
That’s how I work.

Who this is for
I work with HR directors, L&D leads and senior leadership teams commissioning coaching for:
- Leaders stepping into bigger roles who need to build authority quickly
- High-performing individuals whose output is strong but whose impact on others is inconsistent
- Executives managing complex change, restructure or cross-cultural team dynamics
- Senior professionals at risk of burnout whose retention matters to the business
- Teams navigating a shift in strategy, structure or culture If you’re not sure which category fits, that’s exactly what an initial conversation is for.
How we work together
Every corporate engagement starts with a conversation between the three of us: you, your employee and me. We align on objectives, agree what success looks like and establish the boundaries of confidentiality from the outset.
From there, I work directly with your employee. Sessions are 60 – 90 minutes, held online or in person in the Ruhr area. Other locations in Germany may be possible upon request. Standard programmes run across six or ten sessions, held fortnightly, with email support between sessions.
At the close of the engagement, I provide a summary of themes and progress, agreed with the coachee in advance. This gives you meaningful insight without compromising the trust that makes coaching work.
Bespoke programmes for teams or leadership groups are designed collaboratively. We start with what your people need, not a pre-built module.
What I bring that most coaches don’t
I’ve worked inside matrixed corporate environments. I know what it costs to sit in a room where targets are unrealistic, politics are exhausting and the work has stopped making sense. I understand the pressures your managers face not from a textbook but from experience.
That means I can move quickly. I don’t need three sessions to understand the environment. Your employee doesn’t have to explain why the organisation is complicated. We get to work faster. And the work goes deeper.
I’m based in Germany and collaborate across European time zones. Having worked across the US, the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, I understand the dynamics of international leadership teams and cross-cultural organisations. For organisations with international leadership teams, that matters.

Let’s talk about what your organisation needs
An initial conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Tell me who you’re trying to support and what you’re trying to achieve. I’ll tell you honestly whether coaching is the right answer and whether I’m the right coach.
